VE Awards

Each year, DOD presents VE awards to project teams, organizations, individuals, and contractors in the Services and Agencies. These awards are an important way for DOD to recognize the accomplishments of individuals and teams (both government employees and contractors) who have done the most to achieve VE savings in the past year.

Nominations are submitted by the relevant military organizations. The DOD VE Management Advisory Group reviews the nominations and forwards its recommendations for final approval. The DOD Inspector General reviews and approves the final award winners.
